- I live outside Japan. Can I order charcoal for practicing tea (or other purposes)? And can you deliver my order?
- Only our certified high-grade brand of Nose Kikusumi can be ordered by customers living abroad. If this is acceptable, your order will be sent by air freight.
This is subject to the destination of shipment (country, region). It is necessary on a case-by-case basis and requires confirmation and special arrangements on how orders need to be handled.
At present, we only send overseas orders using the following air carriers: Express Mail Service (EMS).
